Terms and Conditions:
Because we operate professionally, transparently, and clearly to provide you with excellent service at a reasonable price—and because we are keen on maintaining a distinguished and ongoing relationship with our guests—we recommend that you carefully read the booking terms. These terms outline our rights and obligations to ensure clarity and prevent any misunderstandings.
By accessing, browsing, or using our website, any of our applications, or any services available through our platform or any other booking interface, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Booking and Payment:
- Services must be booked in advance via the website, phone, or email (booking@alqotr-limo.com).
- Booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received in the company’s accounts.
- Payment can be made via the Saudi Payment System (Mada) or approved electronic payment messages.
- Cash payments are not allowed as per company policy.
- The minimum duration to avail of Alqotr Limo services is 4 hours for hourly bookings.
- If payment is not made within 60 minutes, the booking will be canceled.
- City rides and hourly bookings are limited to the city’s administrative boundaries and do not cover other provinces.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- If a booking is canceled at least 12 hours before the service, the full amount will be refunded.
- If canceled within 12 hours of the service time, 35% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days.
Terms of Use:
- You accept full responsibility and agree to compensate us for any internal or external damage, loss of the vehicle, or any of our property, whether caused directly by you or any passenger, regardless of how it occurred.
- The allowed waiting time upon arrival at the guest’s designated location is 10 minutes from the time of notification.
- Waiting charges:
- Economy or family cars: SAR 260 per hour or fraction thereof.
- Luxury cars: SAR 550 per hour or fraction thereof.
- Pet owners must use protective carriers and pay a prepaid service fee.
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited unless a paid smoking service is requested in advance.
- If any passenger engages in inappropriate behavior (as determined by the driver), we or our driver have the right to refuse entry, terminate the booking, or discontinue service even if it is incomplete. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- The maximum seating capacity of the vehicle is determined by the company and must not be exceeded.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that children or passengers under 100 cm in height are secured in child safety seats as required. The company will provide child seats upon prior request for a prepaid fee.
- If a guest or a family member has any health or safety concerns, they must notify us before booking.
- Using services for illegal purposes or in violation of local laws is strictly prohibited.
Delays and Responsibilities:
- The company commits to arriving on time but is not responsible for delays beyond its control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
- The company is not liable for missed flights or appointments due to delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances.
- If the vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident, a replacement vehicle will be provided, and the guest will receive a 10% discount on the next trip.
- Airport pickups: The waiting time starts one hour after the scheduled flight arrival time based on the airport’s official flight schedule.
- The guest is responsible for verifying all booking details. Alqotr Limo is not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect information.
- Alqotr Limo drivers are professionally trained, and guests are not allowed to force them to speed, take alternative routes, or violate traffic laws.
- Guests must notify Guest Relations at (+966558419888) of any last-minute changes to flight or sea travel schedules.
Complaints:
- If a guest has any complaints regarding service quality, they should contact Guest Relations as soon as possible, within 6 days of the booking.
- Alqotr Limo is committed to resolving complaints amicably and may offer refunds or credits after carefully reviewing the case.
Luggage Policy:
- All luggage and personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility at all times. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage under any circumstances.
- The guest is responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle has sufficient space and weight capacity for the luggage and passengers.
- The number of bags and their dimensions must be specified at the time of booking.
- The company reserves the right to refuse excess luggage if the driver determines it exceeds the vehicle’s capacity.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
- The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and will not share information with third parties without prior consent.
- Alqotr Limo uses third-party payment processors and is not responsible for any errors arising from their services.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
- The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and customers will be notified of any changes through official channels.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
- Any disputes arising from the use of services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the competent legal authorities.
